Donating to a charity in Charlotte can be a rewarding experience. At National Kidney Services (NKS) we make the experience even more rewarding. Our organization strives to better the lives of those affected by chronic kidney disease. We accept many different types of donations throughout Charlotte and use these funds to benefit the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) in its constant effort to raise awareness about and provide care and support for those affected by kidney illness.

When the time comes for you to donate to our charity in the Charlotte area, you can choose from one of four convenient methods:

• Standard weekly donation pickups – We have trucks on the streets of Charlotte and nearby areas Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until dark, picking up donations from homes, businesses, and apartments.
• Expedited donation pickups – Available by request, NKS will pick up your donations within a week’s time or less.
• Saturday pickups – Also by request, you may have us pick up your charitable items on the weekend if you have a lot to donate, such as items left unsold from a community, yard, or estate sale.
• Donation drop off – You can drop your tax-deductible* donations off at any of the Value Village stores in the Charlotte Metro and Triad areas
